The grapes used are hand-picked, fermented in small tanks which we pumped
over several times a day.
We recommend service at 16ºC. with roasted or grilled meat hamonize with a
creamy Gorgonzola sauce, with beef short ribs, mushroom rissotto and with aged
hard cheeses such as Manchego o Cheddar. Enjoy the delightful journey of
