such as lemon, pineapple, and mango, as well as floral and spicy notes,
reminiscent of white flowers and ginger. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and
balanced, with a good acidity and a smooth texture.
PAIRING: You can pair it with grilled chicken breast with a side of roasted
vegetables, mixed greens salad with a citrus-based dressing, or with a nutty and creamy cheese, such as Gouda or Comté.
